Mine sections & plant output
Draw a footprint, choose the mining depth, and estimate recoverable products, value, and plant time.
Planning model · provisional boundary · legacy pond depletion awaiting mapped perimeter
Geology is interpolated from six drill holes. Depth is below local modeled ground. Areas, recovery, density, TPH, prices, and costs remain planning assumptions. The reported 30-acre pond was previously mined to approximately 25 ft; its depletion cannot yet be located in a selected section. Saved scenarios do not change geological inventory.

Section estimate
Annual profitability & cash flow
Selected volume only. Mining follows the material layers from top to bottom; all recovered output is assumed sold within the entered sales limit.
All-in financed mining cost per ton
Excavated tons include geological waste. Saleable tons are recovered output. Financed cost includes operating expenses, payroll, startup, equipment equity, equipment interest and principal, tax and entered reclamation. Refundable working capital is funding. Depreciation is shown separately and is not added again to financed payments.

| Year | Layers (ft) | Feed tons | Saleable tons | Revenue | All-in financed costs | Section profit / loss | Cost / saleable ton | Cumulative section result |
|---|
Section profit / loss = revenue minus all-in financed section costs. Equipment equity and startup are charged once in Year 1; principal and interest follow actual payments. The investor split is calculated afterward and does not change section profit. Cash after debt is a period cash flow, not a bank balance.
Full cost budget & annual production assumptions
Enter only additional costs that are not already included in the operating cost/feed ton or plant cost/hour. Zero does not establish that an expense is absent. Allocate mine-wide overhead explicitly. A blank sales limit means sales are unconstrained.
Section operation and investor terms
Unchecked: the mine continues. Equipment stays in service and the remaining loan continues after this section. The section result uses payments during mining, not a forced full loan payoff or equipment write-off.
Portal mode uses the current portal split. Manual mode uses the entered percentages. Oracle receives the balance. Earlier-section payback carries forward through investor capital still to repay.

Additional monthly fixed expenses
Detailed additional operating costs
Portal production rates already include aggregate operating allowances. Enter uncovered costs here; do not charge the same fuel, power or maintenance twice. Insurance/admin portal allowances are converted to monthly expenses using the allowance period above.
Capital, financing, and closure
100% capital allocation evaluates funding the project from this sector alone. Reduce it only for an explicit allocation across sectors. Manual mode retains your own capital and loan inputs. Payroll reserves fund monthly payroll; fuel/utilities ramp costs are charged once, and insurance/admin reserves fund recurring expenses. Additional setup delay precedes the commissioning ramp.
Tax is a simple entered rate on positive annual income; no actual tax rates or loss carryforwards are inferred. On section completion, allocated operating costs stop; remaining equipment debt and assets continue unless full operation closure is selected. Year 1 starts at project commencement.
